Jane Austen killed my Kindle
Julia's Kindle froze and she was stuck on the Jane Austen screen saver. Luckily, we called Amazon and they had a new Kindle to us the next day. Of course that Kindle lasted only a week or so before the upper left of the screen had a pixel issue. So we called Kindle again and had a new Kindle the next day. Hopefully the third time is the charm! So far this one is working great.
